How soon will I get my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, weʼll dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Youʼll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. You can also check your order status anytime via our Track Order page.
For special order items or products with longer lead times, there may be delays before dispatch. If this happens, our team will contact you directly to provide updates.
Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. You can enter a different shipping address during checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us on 1300 791 058 if you need assistance updating your delivery details.
Do you ship internationally? Can I pay with an international credit card?
Currently, Superspares only ships within Australia and New Zealand.
We do not accept international credit cards.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order.
However, large and bulky items (such as Bull Bars, Steel Trays, Lift Kits) may incur additional freight charges not shown at checkout.
Deliveries to rural or remote areas might also attract extra fees. For heavy, oversized, or remote shipments, our customer service team will reach out to confirm any adjustments.
While we absorb a large portion of shipping costs, customers are responsible for additional charges based on delivery location and order size.
