Tridon Plastic Back Wiper Refill

Tridon plastic back wiper refills to suit Australian, Japanese, European and Korean built vehicles.

• Available in three design styles
• G.E. Noryl backing (will not warp, twist or crack and is UV resistant)
• Moly graphite impregnated quality natural rubber provides a smooth low noise, wiping performance ensuring extended rubber life and UV protection.
• Stainless steel retaining clip (will not rust)
• Scored backing at marked increments allows for ease of installation to the required length

Available in 3 backing widths: 6.5mm Narrow Back, 7.5mm Mid Back, 8.5mm Wide Back, each style has marked increments on the backing, allowing for easy of installation to the required length.

Narrow Back (TNB Series)
Covers 6.0-6.5mm width, Length 610mm (24"), Snaps off to 380mm (15")
• Suits late model Japanese, European, Korean and locally produced vehicles.

Mid Back (TMK Series)
Covers 7.5-7.8mm width, Length 710mm (24"), Snaps off to 530mm (21")
• Suits most later model Japanese, Korean and European vehicles (square or tapered rubber profiles).

Wide Back (TWR Series)
Covers 8.5mm width, Length 560mm (22"), Snaps off to 380mm (15")
• Suits early model Japanese, European and locally produced vehicles.

Step 1

Remove old rubber element by squeezing and withdrawing from the blade assembly.

Step 2
Insert the new wiper refill into all blade claws and firmly lock the metal retaining clip in the end claw.

Warning: Check that all claws are engaged in the plastic backing. Failure to engage all claws may result in windscreen damage.

Step 3
Holding blade firmly snap the refill backing to the required length allowing a minimum of 25mm from end claw.

Step 4

Cut rubber squeegee flush to backing length.
