Sort Cooling System Wear Before It Costs You an Engine
The High Power YD25 makes more torque than the early D40 engine, and it works the cooling system harder for it. Radiator hoses, thermostats and water pumps all reach end-of-life past 150,000 km, and ignoring them is the fastest way to a cracked head.
Our cooling and heating range covers replacement radiators, upper and lower hoses, thermostats, water pumps and heater cores sized for the D40 facelift. Sort the whole system in one go, and you've removed a major source of expensive failure.
Service the YD25 High Power Diesel Properly
The 2010-onwards High Power YD25 picked up a stronger turbo and revised internals - improvements that haven't eliminated the need for regular servicing. Timing chains still stretch with neglect, injector seals still weep, and the EGR system still carbons up.
