Product Description

Convoy Super FX is a premium mineral, SAE 15W-40, mid ash diesel engine oil formulated with high quality additives and premium hydrocracked mineral base oils. It contains a Full Zinc Anti-Wear package for advanced engine protection.

It meets API CI-4/SN, ACEA E7 and ACEA A3/B4 as well as many other manufacturer specifications.

Application

Convoy Super FX is designed use in 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder multi cam, naturally aspirated, supercharged, turbocharged common rail & direct injection four stroke diesel engines. It can be used in engines across a wide range of US, European and Asian manufacturers.

It is recommended for use in vehicles where SAE 15W-40 or SAE 20W-40 engine oils were originally recommended by the manufacturer. It can be used in diesel engines where ACEA E7 or where API CI-4 heavy duty engine oils are specified by the manufacturer. It can also be used where API specifications CH-4, CG-4 or CF-4 are specified. It is suitable for use in mixed fleets with older Petrol and LPG powered vehicles. It can also be used in both heavy duty and light duty diesel engines in trucks, cars, light commercials and SUVs (without DPF or cooled-EGR) and it may also be used in petrol engines where API SN or prior specifications are required and in mixed fleets of Petrol/LPG vehicles. It may also be used in petrol and diesel engines that require ACEA A3/B3 performance levels.

Convoy Super FX is NOT recommended for use in diesels fitted with a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) that require an ACEA "C" grade Low-Mid SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus & Sulphur) engine oil. We recommend checking the recommendation guide for the correct grade and specification.

Vehicle & Fuel Types

It is suitable for use in diesel and petrol engines in passenger cars, 4WD's, light & heavy duty commercial engines in trucks, tractors, agricultural & earthmoving equipment as well as industrial equipment such as fork lifts & stationary engines. It is suitable for use with Diesel (Non DPF) & Petrol/E10/LPG (Dual Fuel). It is also suitable for use in petrol and LPG engines as a mixed fleet oil.

Please Note:

1.Heavy-duty diesel engines requiring the later oil performance specifications should use Convoy Ultra HD 15W-40 or Convoy Ultra HD 10W-40. Those with oil consumption problems (non EPA-04 engines) should use Penrite HPR Diesel SAE 20W-60.

2.A 58mm cap with pouring tap is available to fit 7, 10 & 20 litre packs.
